Valentine's Day at Costco!

Valentine's Day is tomorrow, are you ready??

If you need some inspiration or a last minute gift pop into your local Costco!
Costco has you covered when it comes to the classic Valentine's Day combo of flowers and chocolates. Choose from a variety of floral bouquets and arrangements that are both beautiful and affordable, like One Dozen Roses for only $15.99.

If you want to go non-traditional pick up a Deluxe Garden Bunch of beautiful fresh cut Lillie's, Tulips or Daisies for only $9.99.

For Valentine's Day themed flowers Costco has Premium Floral Bouquets for $14.99 and Floral Arrangements in decorative square vases for $19.99.

And of course if you want to go big Costco also has a Premium Floral Arrangement of one dozen long stemmed roses in a large glass vase with matching ribbon for $49.99.

When it comes to chocolates Costco has an assortment of gourmet boxed Belgian Chocolates that are sure to please any chocolate lover. Two of my favorites are Godiva and Gudrun, which both come in pretty boxes with ribbon that are ready to give.

Not into chocolates but still have a sweet tooth? Check out the Costco Bakery for Valentine's Day themed baked goods, like the delicious Costco Sheet Cakes that can feed a whole crowd!

On a slightly smaller scale try the decadent All American Chocolate Cake or the Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Icing. For cookies try Chris's Cookies assortment of Valentine's Day Heart Cookies or Costco's Hand Dipped Heart Shaped Shortbread Cookies

Last but not least, don't forget about Costco's huge Cupcake 6-packs that are available in Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Icing for Valentine's Day.

For a romantic meal cooked at home why not surprise your Valentine with Nuovo's Four Cheese Heart Shaped Ravioli? (You can pick up your favorite marinara or pasta sauce at Costco too!)

Don't feel like cooking? For a classic dinner and a movie date Costco sells Restaurant and Movie Gift Cards for 20% or more off the retail price so you can treat your Valentine to a special night out without breaking the bank.

Costco also has great deals on gift cards for Spa Treatments and Bed & Breakfast Getaways so you can schedule a relaxing couples massage or a romantic weekend away, or splurge and do both!

For traditional gifts with some sparkle, check out the jewelry counter at your Costco where you will find amazing prices on Fine Jewelry and Watches for her and for him.

Did you know Costco sells Designer Sunglasses? Check out the Optical Department in your Costco for a selection of his and her sunglasses from brands like Ray-Ban, Tumi, Fendi, Maui Jim and more at amazing prices!

For some non-traditional gift ideas how about a new, shiny red Kitchenaid Stand Mixer for the Valentine that loves to cook?

For the gamer in your life, you can pick up one of the latest Video Games at Costco and save 16% off the retail price on games like Evolve.

If your Valentine is a media maven try an Apple TV or Roku Streaming Player. The Apple TV bundle at Costco includes a $15 iTunes gift card to get them started downloading their favorite TV shows and movies. For the music lover you can get an iPod nano at Costco for 7% less than the retail price. And for a limited time you can save 15% off a 4-pack of iTunes Gift Cards at Costco, for only $84.49 you get $100 worth of gift cards, thats like getting $15 for free!

However you choose to celebrate (or choose not to celebrate), Valentine's Day one thing for sure is you can never go wrong with Champagne or Sparkling Wine. I personally never pass up an opportunity to indulge in a little bubbly, even if it's just me having brunch at home on a snow day... Costco has a renowned selection of wines that includes a variety of Champagnes and Sparking Wines for every budget.

I hope everyone has a Happy Valentine's Day!

Until next time,

  2. Noticed quite a few chocolate covered strawberries that they were making. Went back on Sunday and still quite a few leftovers. Wonder what they do with the remainders?

    1. Thanks for reading my blog!
Where did you see the chocolate covered strawberries?! Costco has not carried them in the DC area for several years now :(
I'm not sure what Costco does with perishable items that don't sell. I assume they do what most retailers do and toss what isn't sold. You could ask Costco directly via their Facebook page, they are really good about responding.

  4. Very useful information on Valentine’s day flowers. Couple of weeks ago, I arranged a dinner party on eve of Christmas by hiring renowned florists who have an option of Same Day Delivery Flowers. Decorated party venue in grand manner and had great party.
